You'd think that being a Northerner, where all that's drunk is cups of tea, that I would live on it... But not for me. If there's hot chocolate as an option, you can surely know what I'd choose.
However, thanks to this bug I've had for several weeks now, I've been hankering for a healthy cup of tea.
So off we went to Asda and I saw these...
I had to try them. Was told to try some ginger tea to help with my throat... but I like a sweet taste.
At first I attempted them without any sugar, but once I added a small amount, it brought out the lovely fruitiness.
I can see myself drinking these regularly!
The look reminded me of dilute, but the taste is so much more. After just one cup, I felt better inside... I wonder what I'll feel like when I drink it more?
Does anyone else like fruit teas? If so, what's your recommendations?
I made shortbread biscuits that I found on this post of Olivia's. It was my future brother-in-laws birthday yesterday but we had a family gathering on the Sunday evening. Turns out shortbread is his favourite! Along with blueberry muffins.
They went down a storm! And was asked to make more. Plan on doing so at some point soon, and a lot thicker and without chocolate chips! Also plan on making the Malteser's Millionaire Shortbread... without the maltesers.
Has anyone got a speciality of their own? What do you plan on making yourself?
