I apologise for the lack of posts this past month.
I won't go into the details but the outcome is no inspiration or motivation. But I'm determined to overcome that!
This past weekend, we went on another investigation...
Experience
As we were the last ones to do an investigation, maybe ever... (we've hopefully convinced them to let us come again), we were determined to try and find something or someone! This was the first time that Marc and the team investigated the venue, so there was no idea what was to be expected.
Everyone was quite relaxed, especially Marc! Ended up starting later than usual. Although it wasn't down to him being his chatty self.
As soon as we stepped out of the staff room, the K2's went crazy. And that started us off. We split up down the platform to try and see what else we could get.
The Ouija boards again didn't get any action, but that wasn't going to stop us!
Myself and another "investigator" attempted the Scrying Mirror... can tell you, I freaked myself out with my own eyes hahaha!
In the same room as I attempted this, Phil was experiencing being pushed on his stool and a stabbing feeling at the bottom of his spine. (Picture above was before we started anything.)
As you can see in another picture, we tried to communicate using a K2 dolly. And this was fantastic!
Here's a link to a short clip of that.
We also had a whoa moment where the dolly was pushed back quite forcefully.
But in the end, it turned out that Annie, the young girl, felt really safe with the wife of a volunteer and considered her as her substitute mum.
We also went down the track a bit.. was a bit freaky! Kept feeling like I was in a zombie movie and was going to get attacked from zombies jumping out of the trains surrounding us... Can tell I've watched too many movies!
Turns out the train station appeared in an episode of Top Gear too.
Another investigation next weekend at the Hinckley Museum.
For more information about the station, you can check out these websites:
